Everything you need to know about our physiotherapy services. Can't find your answer? Our team is just a click away.
Your first visit lasts 45–60 minutes. Your physiotherapist will take a detailed medical and injury history, perform a thorough physical assessment of your movement, posture and strength, and explain the findings clearly.
You'll leave with a clear diagnosis, an understanding of what's going on, and a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals.
This depends on your condition, severity and personal goals. Most patients need between 4 and 8 sessions, while some feel significant improvement after just 2–3 visits.
Your therapist will give you a clear estimate after your initial assessment and review your progress at every session — no unnecessary appointments, ever.
We provide home visits across our service area. Just drop us your postcode when you book and we'll confirm availability right away.
A small travel fee may apply depending on distance — we'll always let you know upfront before confirming your appointment.
You may feel mild discomfort or a tapping sensation during treatment, but each session only lasts 5–10 minutes and is well tolerated by most patients.
Side effects are minimal — slight redness or soreness in the treated area for 24–48 hours is normal. Shock wave therapy is clinically proven effective for tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis and chronic soft tissue pain, with most patients seeing improvement after 3–5 sessions.
Pulsed Ultrasound Therapy uses sound waves to penetrate deep into soft tissues. It's particularly effective for tendonitis, muscle strains, ligament injuries, joint inflammation and chronic pain conditions like osteoarthritis.
It works by stimulating cellular repair, reducing inflammation and improving blood flow to the injured area — speeding up your body's natural healing process.
Unlike relaxation-focused spa massage, Sports Massage uses targeted deep-tissue techniques designed around athletic performance, injury prevention and faster recovery.
Your therapist will focus on specific muscle groups relevant to your sport or activity, release tension, break down adhesions and improve flexibility. It's ideal both before competitions and during recovery periods — and you don't need to be a pro athlete to benefit.
